Application

Night Spray Melatonin + Lavender + Valerian

In the evening before going to sleep, spray 1 dose of melatonin under the tongue, keep it in the mouth for 30 to 60 seconds, then swallow. One bottle contains 120 sprays and lasts for 4 months with daily use.
