Water, humectant (glycerin), sunflower oil, emulsifier (lecithin (SOY)), melatonin, lavender oil, valerian root oil, flavoring (peppermint oil), antioxidant (vitamin E).

Application

In the evening before going to bed, spray 1 pump under the tongue, keep it in the mouth for 30 to 60 seconds, and then swallow. One bottle contains 120 sprays and lasts for 4 months with daily use.

If the taste is too intense for you, you can also take the spray in a glass of water, a smoothie, or together with a spoonful of honey. Please note, however, that when diluted, absorption takes place via the digestive tract and bioavailability may therefore be lower.
