The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping costs(including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 per order.

From an order value of €75.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate shipping costs to EU countries as a flat rate as follows:
€8.95

We offer free shipping to EU countries for orders over €120.00.

Delivery to Switzerland:

We charge shipping costs of CHF 14.90 for Switzerland.

We offer free shipping to Switzerland for orders over €150.00.

Delivery to Bosnia:

We charge shipping costs of €19.90 for Bosnia.

We offer free shipping to Bosnia for orders over €250.00.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1-3 working days, and for deliveries abroad, 2-8 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
